RedTail members have priority access to the clubhouse and verandah for social functions, such as weddings, anniversaries, corporate outings, or any special event. The clubhouse’s Grand View Dining room can accommodate up to 125 guests, with additional space available in the Hawk’s Nest Bar and Veranda, surrounding the cozy outdoor fire pit.

Catering packages start at $49.95 per person, and can be customized for a truly unique experience. - Our Event Sales Director will provide you with a timeline and schedule a meeting with our Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef to plan your room set-up, linen choices, and menu selections.
- You will have regular meetings with the RedTail staff leading up to the event to assist you with planning.
- Our creative and expertly trained culinary and event staff work with you to create a truly memorable experience.
- Our Event Specialists host a limited number of private parties per year, making each one truly unique.
- Both members and non-club members may book private events at RedTail, based on availability
